Companies: ZWSOFT is a global company with subsidiaries
around the world. We share your personal data with other companies in the ZWSOFT Group for business purposes.
The relevant group companies involved are ZWSOFT CO., LTD.(Guangzhou) (our headquarters), ZWCAD Software
America, Inc. and HK ZWCAD Software Limited.
● New owners or merger partners:If we sell or divest
business or any part of it, and your personal data relates to selling or divesting part of our business, or if
we merge with other enterprises, we can share your personal data with the new business owners or our merger
partner respectively.
● Government agencies:We share the data we
collect with law enforcement and other government agencies as required by law.
● Third-party service
providers: We use
third-party payment service providers to process the payment of commodity transactions in the store through the
in-store payment module (including Digital River Payment and other payment channels) as shown in the
appendix.
9 LOCATION
OF STORAGE AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
We store your data in our databases that are
located in China.
We may (further) transfer your personal data
to our group companies in China (including Hong Kong), and the United States of America.

RIGHTS

the right to object. Please note that most of these rights are not absolute and subject to exemptions in the

In order to ensure the stable operation of
ZWSOFT Online Store (hereinafter referred to as "the Store") or realize relevant functions, we may
