How to Customize Shortcut Keys

Here are two simple ways to customize shortcut keys, allowing you to adjust commands based on your personal workflow preferences.

Method 1 : Enable Customization in Command Alias Editor.

Click the [Tools →  Customize →  Command Alias Editor] (or enter command ALIASEDIT) to open the [Command Alias Editor], where you can reset to the default configuration, add new customization, edit or remove current settings. Then, click "OK" to confirm your changes.

Tips:

Be careful to keep the shortcut keys from conflicting. If the shortcut keys conflict, it will prompt you that the name has existed. In this case, please input another shortcut for this command.

Find PGP file in the tool menu in ZWCAD

 

Method 2 : Edit PGP File to achieve shortcuts customization.

1. Click the menu [Tools →  Customize →  Edit Program Parameters (zwcad.pgp)] to open the PGP file; 

 

2. Modify settings in the PGP file in the format of "Command shortcut key,*Command Full Name", ignore the letter case and spaces, and save the file directly after modification. If there are multiple shortcut keys for the same command, the last one in the file will take effect.

3. Restart ZWCAD or enter the REINIT command to reload the PGP file. (After executing the command "REINIT", choose "OK" to finish the whole process when the system prompts you "Re-load ZWCAD.pgp? ")
