Windows 7 SP1 may not install the KB2999226, resulting in incomplete installation of the VC2015 plug-in. When starting ZW3D, it will alter "api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0 DLL", which can be solved by installing KB2999226 package.

Go to the official website to download the ZW3D version that is compatible with your computer. During the download process, the website will require you to log in and provide some basic personal information, such as your name, email address, phone number and so on.
After submitting the information, you can check your email. The official website will send the download link to your inbox shortly, and you can click the link to start the download.
You can also click Previous Versions to browse and download earlier versions.


The following step-by-step guide will walk you through the entire installation process—from running the installer and choosing the installation options to completing the setup and launching the software for the first time.
Step 1: Run the Installer.
After downloading the ZW3D installation package, locate the installer file in your download folder and double-click it to launch the setup program.
Step 2: Choose Installation Language and Location.
Select the language(s) and specify the installation location (the folder where ZW3D will be installed on your computer). You can select multiple languages if needed. Once finished, click Continue to proceed. If you prefer a silent installation, click Silent Installation. For batch installation across multiple computers, select Network Deployment.

Step 3: Accept the License Agreement
Swipe down to read the full license agreement. After reviewing the terms, click Agree and Install to continue the installation process.

Step 4: Wait for the Installation
The software will begin installing automatically. This process usually takes about 3–5 minutes to complete.

Step 5: Complete the Installation
Once the download and installation are finished, the installation wizard will display a message saying Install Successfully, confirming that ZW3D has been installed correctly and is ready to use. You can then click the Activate to activate your ZW3D product, the Launch button to start ZW3D immediately, or the Done button to close the installation wizard.

Step 6: User Registration
Fill in the fields marked with a red asterisk (*) and click Submit. Also, you can still launch the software without registering.

Step 7: Launch ZW3D
When launching ZW3D, if you have already obtained a soft key, select License Manager and click Next. If you want to try the 30-day evaluation version instead, select Evaluation and then click Next.
