Issue:
There are some useful techniques that help you work more efficiently.

 Solution:

31.   Sometimes you want to delete the layers which are not applied or exists some entities. In this situation, you can use the Laytrans command to map the layer as 0 layer. Generally, Laytrans command can be used to delete all kinds of layers you want to delete. 

32.   Text will be displayed as some rectangular frameworks while they are too small. In this situation, you can enter Textdegrade on the command line and set up the value as ON. This variable controls the text appearance.

33.   Some time you may feel the middle mouse wheel zoom is too fast or too slow in ZWCAD. This speed of the zoom in and out is controlled by a system variable name ZOOMFACTOR, The default of the system variable ZOOMFACTOR is 60. You type ZOOMFACTOR at the AutoCAD command line and then changing to an appropriate value. 

34.   While saving files by ZWCAD automatically as DWG one, it always become as DWG.SV$. In this situation, please take a try in following way: on the IE browser, select Tool> Folders option>View. Then in the page, wipe off the “Hide extensions for known file type” option. After exiting the dialog box, rename the file again and you’ll see the right extension.

35.   The ICAD.LSP files shall be loaded manually every time while creating a new DWG file or opening ZWCAD. In order to load them automatically, enter ACADLSPASDOC on the command line and select the value as ON. 

36.   Sometimes you don’t want ZWCAD to create the backup file which with .BAK as extension automatically. There are two ways to approach that. One is go to Tools > Options > Open and Save tab. Under the heading File Safety Precautions uncheck “” option. The other way to approach this is to set the value of Isavebak to OFF. 

37.   While moving the mouse in drawing area, there are some numbers at the lower left corner of ZWCAD interface, these numbers reflect the coordinate point (x, y, z) of the mouse. If you find that these numbers doesn’t change event the mouse is moving in the drawing area, you can try to press F6 key to turn it on, or enter Coords in command line and set the value as 1 or 2 so that the coordination change as the mouse moves.

38.   When drafting in ZWCAD, you might find there are some tiny cross-shaped markers call blips appear wherever you select a point. These blips can be helpful for keeping track of the points you've selected on the screen, but many users find that they interfere with work. We can clear these blips on the screen by turning the variable Blipmode off.

39.   Sometimes the dimension arrow or track line drew by the Trace command is not filled up. In this situation, you can enter Fillmode on the command line and select the value as ON. Then the entities will be filled up.

40.   Sometimes the menus and toolbars in ZWCAD interface disappear abnormally. In this situation, there are two ways to restore the standard interface. One is to enter Options on the command line and click the Reset button in the Profiles tab. The other is to enter +customize on the command line and click the Reset button in the dialog box.
