Publish: Publishes the current drawing sheets（DWG files）to either a DWF file or plotting device.

Pltplot: Get multiple files like PLT, PRN, list file(.TXT) .etc printed with specified printer one-off.

PS:

1>     Beside *. DWF file, ACAD2011 can get current drawings to *.DWFx and PDF files which are not available in ZWCAD2011.

2>     There are two choice “Singlepage dwf”file or “Mutiplepage dwf”in publish options, but actually you can publish to single page dwf file only in ZWCAD even if you choose multipage..
