For the user who use dongle to activate ZWCAD, you need to provide ZWSOFT 3 neccessary information to get a upgrade license.
1. Serial number.
2. Product ID
3. The current version you used
Please notice that you can find the serial number on the surface of the dongle, and find the product ID in ZWCAD License dialog box: Help>License>Dongle Activate>Product ID. Please make sure that the product ID is 8-digital numbers. You must plug the dongle into the computer first, then you can find the product ID.
