Overview
Blocks are perfect when you’re working with repetitive elements. In ZWCAD, working on blocks is intuitive and friendly, but we decided to add functionality that speeds up block handling. The solution also helps to search for blocks, clear the drawing from unused blocks and get information about the number of blocks in a given drawing. A block may contain different components, but it is treated as one object. If we change one block, other blocks with the same name will also change. Blocks can be saved on a disk, they can be used in different drawings and their scale and angle of rotation can be adjusted as well.
